Revolve Pilates offers four class types. Our schedule features a unique mix of these classes weekly.


FORME

Forme is a modern reformer experience designed to lengthen, strengthen and align. This class blends breath-led flow with precise control. With seamless transitions and core-led sequences, you'll build deep core strength, body awareness and flexibility.


SCULPT

Sculpt is the precision of Pilates with a modern twist. Each class will include a mix of props and is sure to follow a sculpt-focused sequencing. You'll tone every major muscle group in this 50 minute class. Expect deep core activation and curated intensity.


PULSE

Elevate your rhythm. Pulse blends the precision of reformer flow with the energizing power of jumpboard cardio for a dynamic, low-impact burn. Flow through intentional movement, activating your core at every level while building strength, control, and stamina.


ESSENTIALS

This class is for anyone looking to begin their Pilates practice or reconnect with the Essentials. Expect a slower-paced class with a serious focus on form.
